We are NOT responsible for loss or damage after carrier receives. We do not publish a Price List due to the extent of our line. Kindly fax items required with exact finishes and quantities, and we will quote.

Returns

Goods altered in any manner will NOT be accepted for return. No returns accepted without our Written Authorization. If our error, we will correct without any charge to customer. Any items shipped in accordance with customer's order will NOT be accepted for return; but if accepted a minimum 20% Restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater, plus freight in and out, will be imposed.

We do NOT assume responsibility for merchandise shipped to contractors or to other parties.
All orders should be CONFIRMED BY FAX to avoid errors and misunderstandingss

Catalogs

Paper catalogs (vol. 4, 5, 6, & 7) with over 200 color pages showing items actual size, is sent Free of charge with your initial order. Keep these catalog in your PERMANENT files as we offer basic components,
which we stock continuously. We rarely discontinue items and these catalogs can be used continuously.

All merchandise sold with the sellers understanding that same is for Resale.

SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR OTHERWISE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE CONCERNING SAID GOODS. SELLER SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PURPOSE OR USE OF THE GOODS. THE RECEIPT OF GOODS UPON DELIVERY SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF ALL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BEYOND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE GOODS BOUGHT FROM SELLER.
